We specialise in recovering data from home computers and laptops rather than companies and large organisations and unlike most other data recovery services we are affordable and upfront with our charges. As such we clearly publish our data recovery charges here on our website and operate a no recovery, no fee policy. So there is no need to worry about being surprised by hidden costs. We keep our prices low by restricting our data recovery to the most common form of data loss, logical failures. Logical failures include - deleted data, accidental formatting, corrupt / damaged file system, boot and partition sector failure, drive crashes, backup failure or system boot error. Other forms of data loss result from electrical or mechanical disk failure which are less common in home computers and require repair using expensive laboratory equipment. As we only concentrate on logical failures we don't need the expensive equipment and laboratory environment and as such our costs are much lower.

If you have suffered a hard disk failure, the most important thing is not to panic.
You should switch off your computer and leave it switched off. Keeping your computer switched on can make the problem worse and cause further data loss.

Our prices are fixed and unlike most other data recovery services we have listed them clearly on our website, so there are no hidden costs and no need to request a quotation.

Remember, there is no fee if we find we can't recover your data, we will just return your hard disk free of charge.

The pricing structure is based on the size of the media requiring recovery. The smaller the disk size the quicker it is to recover your data and therefore the cheaper the cost.

The additional costs cover the purchase of a new hard disk to transport your data back to you if your original hard disk is unfit for reuse. To avoid the additional cost you could choose to provide us another hard disk which we would then use to copy the recovered data onto.
