You can drop off your tapes Mon-Fri, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Kiwi English Academy (same address, door on the left).
How to Send Your Media from Other New Zealand Regions
If you live outside of Auckland (including Wellington, Christchurch, Hamilton, Tauranga, Dunedin, or regional towns), you can safely mail your tapes, film reels, or photos directly to our Newmarket studio using a tracked courier package.
1. Secure Packaging
Wrap your tapes or film reels in bubble wrap and place them in a sturdy cardboard box to protect them from shocks and dampness during transit.
2. Include Contact Info
Place a printout or handwritten note inside the box with your full name, phone number, email address, and clear conversion instructions.
3. Tracked Shipping
Select a signature-required, tracked service with NZ Post or a courier of your choice. Send us your tracking code so we can monitor its safe arrival.
